Liverpool City Region Dance Network
One of the clear themes to emerge from the research was the need to better connect and bring the sector together. There is a desire for a shared space and mechanism where artists and practitioners, organisations and groups can connect, share knowledge, discuss issues and help build a more joined-up dance ecology.
While there is no dedicated funding in place yet, there is a need to get this off the ground in someway. At this stage, the focus is simply on registering interest, and then spending a bit of time shaping what a network like this could be and how it might work. Creating this kind of connection will be an important foundation as the wider work continues to develop.
This new network will also need a Chair or Co-Chairs. If you have experience of running something similar, or are interested in stepping into a facilitative role, there will be an opportunity to express interest as part of the registration process.
If you would like to be involved, please register your interest using the form provided, and feel free to share this with others who may wish to take part.
At this early stage, the network is open to anyone working in or with dance in the Liverpool City Region.
